Situated directly on the sea, the location of the hotel offers breathtaking views. the restaurant serves a variety of delicious dishes, with a particular highlight being the perfectly cooked meals prepared by the talented chefs. the rooms are always cleaned to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The animation team could use some improvement, as some guests felt they were forcing them to participate in activities and did not create a lively atmosphere.

The hotel is housed in an amazing building close to Diving World. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like El Kababgy that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Hollywood sharm el sheikh was within a 10-min walk - very convenient. We loved it and would recommend the place...

The hotel had great pools and a small but useful gym. the staff was nice and helpful during our stay. the food offered was varied and tasty, and we appreciated the option of all-inclusive packages. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient location near key tourist attractions and the beach.
The rooms were in need of updating. They felt outdated and a bit dark.

Mughal Mahal, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Here we were adjacent to few of our favorite spots such as sinai grand casino. The location was about a 10-minute walk to Red Sea.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The pools were well-maintained and a great place to relax and swim.- The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The rooms were in need of updating, with outdated furnishings and a dark color scheme. The all-inclusive food options were not up to par, and the drinks were often served in small plastic cups.
